Fijian Burlwood Pot

Our Fijian burlwood pots are made from burls found on hardwood trees in the Fiji islands. Burlwood is very dense and is more resistant to splitting than regular wood. The rich and dramatic variations in appearance are created by the twisted woodgrains and this allows for truly one-of-a-kind pieces of art. No two will ever be alike! These have a dark finish and can be used as vases with a glass bottle or jar that would fit inside (not included). Made in Fiji.
