Overview

Our refunds, returns, and exchanges policy lasts for 30 days. We want to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for either a refund or to exchange it for another item. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered per the proof of delivery we received from the delivering carrier, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To request a refund or an exchange, please do the following:

  • Please let us know why you are returning your purchase. We value your feedback!
  • Email a picture of the item and copy of your invoice to us at inquiries@ceruleanbay.com.
  • Include your method of payment. For refunds, the method of payment will be credited.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. A credit will be applied to the method of payment used to make the purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank account. If it is still not there, please contact your bank. They might have their own processing time for refunds. 

If a credit card was used, please contact your credit card company as they will have their own internal policy that applies to the timing of posting refunds.

If you’ve done these things and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at inquiries@ceruleanbay.com to let us know. We will provide evidence of the refund being completed on our end.

Sale Items

Any items that are on sale are eligible for refunds and exchanges.

Select Seconds

All purchases of items from our “Select Seconds” category are final. These are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Clearance Items

All purchases of items that are marked as “Clearance” are final. These are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

All items we ship are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are not damaged prior to shipping. We can only offer exchanges if:

  • The original item received is damaged during shipping. 
  • A new size or color is desired. If an item is available in more than one size or color, we will gladly exchange the item for the same item in a new size or new color.
    • Please send the item back to us per our shipping policy below.
    • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in its original condition, we will complete the exchange.
    • If there is any pricing difference, we will either credit that difference to your method of payment if the cost of the new item is less than the original purchase price or charge that difference to your method payment if the cost for the new item is more than the original purchase price.
  • If a requested item is no longer in stock, we will let you know if it is still available and when we can expect to receive it. Depending on what the item is and where it is made can greatly affect the shipping time. For that reason alone, please know that receiving the new item can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. We will let you know what the expected timeframe is as soon as we are made aware of it.

Shipping Policy for Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary.

We recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not provide any guarantees that we will receive your returned item.
